We encourage you to invite attendees! The more people in the room coming from different circles, the higher the quality of the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get a table?

  • With your sponsorship, you are able to bring items to display but there is not a traditional 6 foot table. The venue will have a non-traditional format which goes with the theme of our “Screw Networking As Usual Event”

Can I bring an assistant?

  • Yes! Please just indicate to the Red Elephant Team that you are bringing an assistant so we can setup their nametag appropriately.

What can I promote?

  • The best return on your investment at evening sponsorships is offering a limited number of strategy sessions or a free ticket to an upcoming event. Many of our sponsor close multiple clients through these strategy sessions! Please let our team know what you are promoting.

Can I sell anything at this event?

  • There is no selling from the front of the room. However, we encourage you to sign up as many attendees as you can to a strategy session, free event, webinar, or similar value proposition.

Here’s the thing, I know that says “networking 7:00-10:30pm” but I promise it’s NOT stand-in-an-open-room-with-cheese-or-a-drink-in-one-hand-and-your-cards-in-another.


It is networking, and it goes like this:

-you get to hear from everyone at the event

-you get to introduce yourself, in one sweep, to everyone there

-you get a real introduction to the hosts

-you meet everyone who’s putting the event on (I’m one of them, btw. More on that below)

-you stand, you sit, you eat, you mingle 1:1 or with a few people, you get some group interaction time, you get at least one moment to be seen and heard by everyone in the room, and you get some killer coaching on networking and business development from Red Elephant, the hosts


So if you could imagine an easy-going cocktail reception, quick intros to loads of people then choosing which ones you want to talk with, laser-focused instruction on something you actually need to grow your business, fun, tasty food, and finishing the night with the satisfaction of knowing the time was worth it and you didn’t “miss” the “best” person for you in the room … that’s what this is.

Like I said, I am one of the people putting on the event. The host company is Red Elephant, and my business, {fill in biz name}, is sponsoring so I can be one of the laser-focused support sources for people wanting help with {your speciality}.

I do have my choice of which networking events I attend and especially those I sponsor, and so far Iman & Afrin Khan of Red Elephant have always made their events worth my while and the time of my friends who attend. I know they will for you.
